I make the ethical move because, as a copywriter and marketer, I know how powerful words can be. There’s nothing reprehensible about calling attention to what you do. But many companies distort their communications, consciously or unconsciously, through manipulative mechanisms and content-less verbiage. I want to educate them about this and help them communicate differently with their stakeholders: honestly and in line with their personal values.
